Job Description Highlights:
- Close Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Policy and Strategy Implementation: Drive and implement the company's HR policies and strategies.
- Supervision of Global HR Policies: Responsible for overseeing global HR policies and ensuring administrative processes are executed efficiently.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Supervision: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Payroll Management: Manage the end-to-end payroll process on SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all aspects.
- Social Insurance Tasks: Handle social insurance matters, including annual final settlements and tax deductions.
- Time Management: Manage time tracking systems for employees.
- Monthly Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and group statistics.
- Primary HR Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries for employees.
- Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment process, including tracking apprentices, interns, and temporary staff.
- Project Implementation: Implement various HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Internal Event Organization: Assist in organizing internal events to foster team collaboration.
- Management of the Global HR Business Partner (60%)
