Junior Project Manager, Sales 80-100% (w/m)
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSABILITIES
- In close collaboration with the sales manager, you manage new customer projects and ensure that each task of the project is delivered to the customer in a timely way.
- You collaborate closely with various departments in-house such as research & development, product management, production and customer service in order to achieve the project milestones. You take appropriate measures to keep the timeline and report project advancements and issues to the sales manager.
- You create project offers and do price calculations and portfolio simulations with the involvement of the sales manager.
- You process customer order forecasts, monitor frame contracts, and ensure on time delivery of customer orders.
- You regularly interact with customers regarding our supplier performance and propose actions to improve our performance to the sales manager.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Automation, Business Administration, Management, Economics
- Previous experience in sales administration, such as establishing quotes, managing orders or handling CRM systems is a strong advantage
- Fluent in French and English, German is a strong additional advantage
- Advanced level in MS-Office, with focus on Excel and Powerpoint
- Agile, organized and independent way of working paired with hands-on attitude and can-do mindset
